File An Insurance Claim

When you are a policyholder with Schaefer & Delauder Insurance, we are committed to seeing that you are able to file any insurance claim as easily and quickly as possible.  That means that if you experience a loss, you may either report your claim to your own insurance company directly (if they allow) or you may feel free to contact us so that we may help in your time of need. By discussing your claim first with us, your agent can explain the claims process and may often offer suggestions to help expedite your claim.

The following companies prefer that you file your insurance claims with your agent.  So, please call us at either our Germantown office (301-428-0282) or our Frederick office (301-694-0028) during normal business hours to report your claim. During non-business hours, please leave a message requesting a call back to discuss your loss and your claim, but do not leave all the insurance claim details as no claim will be filed until we communicate with you.
